Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to every province and territory in Canada, as well as to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Mexico and Brazil. Prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Delivery times

Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcel, free, 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Purolator Express (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout for a flat fee.

International orders use the carriers and timelines shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation and a tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered within Canada include applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to local import duties collected by the carrier.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days or the parcel arrives damaged, write to support@mobshoppingoffer.online with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement if the parcel is lost.
